InBody Assessment & initial Consultation

Welcome to your InBody Assessment and Initial Consultation at Screaming Eagle Fitness! This session is a powerful investment in your health, combining cutting-edge technology with personalized guidance to kickstart your fitness journey.

The InBody Assessment uses advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis to deliver a precise breakdown of your body composition in just 60 seconds. You’ll gain insights into body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat levels, basal metabolic rate, and hydration status. This data-driven snapshot identifies strengths, imbalances, and areas for improvement, providing a clear baseline to track your progress and tailor your training.

In the 60-minute Initial Consultation, one of our certified fitness professionals will translate your InBody results into a customized plan. We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and challenges to create a roadmap for success, covering exercise, nutrition, and recovery strategies. This personalized approach eliminates guesswork, empowering you with the knowledge and motivation to achieve sustainable results. 

TPI Fitness Assessment

TPI Fitness Screening with our Level 3 TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor—Titleist Performance Institute’s highest certification—assesses mobility, stability, and strength to optimize your golf swing. In 60 minutes, you’ll receive a personalized golf fitness routine, tailored to your results and accessible on your mobile device, to enhance power, increase range of motion, improve balance, and prevent injury.
