Meet the Founder:
Kyson Troy
Kyson Troy, the founder of Screaming Eagle Fitness, is more than just a personal trainer—he’s a USMC Veteran, Master Personal Trainer, and industry expert with over 15 years of experience transforming lives through movement, strength, and science-based fitness coaching.
Kyson’s journey into fitness started during his time in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned the value of discipline, mental resilience, and the importance of functional movement. After serving, he dedicated his career to helping others unlock their full potential through tailored training programs that prioritize injury prevention, longevity, and real, sustainable results.
With multiple degrees and certifications in areas such as strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, mobility training, and sports performance, Kyson has worked with thousands of clients worldwide. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor at the highest level, making him an expert in rotational sport training.
His mission? To take fitness back to the basics—customized, effective, and built for YOU.

Staton Laws, PHD
Staton Laws, PhD is here to guide you. An accredited health and wellness professional with over 17 years of experience, Staton draws upon a PhD in Neuropharmacology, Master’s in Human Nutrition, and a Bachelor’s in The Science of Health to help individuals revitalize the synergistic connection between mind, body, and soul.
Specializing in Hot Yoga, Power Flow, Hatha, and Yin, Staton has taught more than 6,500 classes across the USA and Australia, and has served as Lead Facilitator and Program Coordinator for numerous yoga teacher trainings and master classes. His teaching blends biomedical and nutrition science with yogic and ethnobotanical wisdom, offering a grounded, science-based approach to personal transformation.
Known for his calm presence and intelligent sequencing, Staton creates classes that challenge the body, quiet the mind, and open space for deep self-awareness. Whether through yoga, nutritional consultations, or holistic wellness programs, he inspires others to live with balance, vitality, and purpose.
Megan
Megan, our Personal Training Manager is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over four years of experience helping clients build strength, lose weight, and improve overall fitness. She specializes in strength training, functional fitness, nutrition, and recovery, creating personalized programs that fit each client’s goals. Passionate about making healthy living simple and sustainable, Megan combines effective workouts with practical nutrition strategies to help you build lasting habits and real confidence.
